A decent blond beer thatโs easy to drink and fairly refreshing. It has a light, clean character with some gentle maltiness and a touch of hop bitterness. Nothing particularly complex, but it does the job well when you want something simple and chilled.

From the first pour, you get a beautiful deep red colour and an incredible aroma of ripe cherries, subtle oak and refreshing sourness. The flavour is where this beer really shines โ perfectly balancing sweet cherry fruit with a crisp, tart acidity and a gentle woody complexity.
Itโs refreshing without being boring, fruity without being overly sweet, and sour without becoming overpowering. Every sip brings something different, with a smooth, wine-like character and a wonderfully long finish.

A pleasant and easy-drinking Helles with a clean malt character and subtle notes of fresh bread and light biscuit. The carbonation is refreshing, although the overall flavour profile feels somewhat restrained and lacks a little depth. The bitterness is gentle and well balanced, but the beer doesn't quite have enough character to make a lasting impression. Enjoyable and perfectly drinkable, but ultimately a little underwhelming.

The palate is beautifully tart and crisp, with a gentle saltiness that adds complexity without overpowering the bright, fruity flavours.
