jimgreen Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Nice little bar at the end of a side street on the fringes of D1. Indoor seating for about 20 and an outdoor bench too for a few more. No taps that I could see, but they have around 20 different bottles in the fridge. Working WiFi and helpful staff. Food is available. Noisy cat when it’s hungry! Owned by biker enthusiasts, but no leather. They certainly appreciate your business here. I will return!

330ml bottle from M.A.D Craft Beer, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured almost black in colour with a very short-lived, frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty, light caramel. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, light sweet, with a somewhat light, roasty, light toffee, liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at M.A.D Craft Beer, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a big lasting frothy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is buttery malt, light hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, malty, light floral, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation.

330ml bottle at MAD Craftbeer, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a clear light amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is piney, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, light herbal, earthy, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
