Draft at The Wolf, Birmingham. Poured almost black in colour with a lasting frothy, light tan head. The aroma is big caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, buttery popcorn caramel, chocolate, spicy coffee palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Might be Cadbury inspired, but I didn’t get as much chocolate as I’d hoped for. Based on a Crunchie bar perhaps? Surprised to get some coffee, but not disappointed.

The aroma is grainy malt, light yeasty, light citrus, The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, somewhat light, light orange citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Light all around, but tasty and very sessionable.
