0.375 l bottle from 'Het Huis van de Geuze', bottled in November 2023. Hazy, amber with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly collapsing, white head. Sweetish, sourish, quite funky and gently vinous-fruity aroma of overripe lemon, vinegar, sherry, ripe apple, honey, walnut and some horse blanket. Gently sweet, moderately sour, quite vinous-fruity and slightly funky taste of overripe lemon, honey, caramel, vinegar, walnut, sherry, ripe apple and a touch of lovage, followed by a medium long, gently tart, slightly woody-dry finish. Medium to full body, slightly astringent, smooth and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty but rather strange, doesn't feel like a lambic.

0.33 l can from 'Hetbiermoment.nl', best before May 2026. Slightly hazy, golden with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly floral and a little grassy aroma of grains, some honey and light straw. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently floral and a little grassy taste of grains, straw and some honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. A little tame for a Pils, definitely not what you would expect from a dry-hopped one. Still a solid lager.

Rating #10,000: 0.33 l bottle from 'Hetbiermoment.nl', bottled in May 2025. Slightly hazy, very dark ruby with a thin, frothy, quickly diminishing, beige head. Intensely sweetish-malty, gently fruity aroma of molasses, caramel, chocolate, raisins, cherry, prunes, some vanilla and a touch of alcohol. Rather sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently fruity and a little vinous taste of molasses, caramel, chocolate, cherry, raisins, prunes and vanilla, followed by a long, moderately bitter, warming finish. Almost full-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Delicious brew, quite complex, could be a little more viscous. Not the masterpiece I hoped for but still a solid sipper.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Huis van de Geuze', best before 2027. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, rather fruity-floral, a little funky and a bit spicy aroma of gooseberry, prickly pear, blood orange, hay and hibiscus. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, minimally sourish, rather fruity-floral, a bit funky and a little spicy taste of blood orange, gooseberry, prickly pear, hay, hibiscus and lemon, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, a little tartish and a bit dry finish. Medium body, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Massively refreshing brew, very well-balanced, quite complex for what it is. Really nice!

0.375 l bottle from 'Het Huis van de Geuze', bottled in November 2023. Sweetish, sourish, rather fruity, gently funky and slightly vinous aroma of overripe lemon, vinegar, hay, gooseberry, brett and white grapes. Slightly sweet, quite sour, rather fruity, gently funky and slightly vinous taste of overripe lemon, gooseberry, hay, white grapes, brett and vinegar, followed by a medium long, fairly tart, slightly woody-dry finish. Medium body, quite astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. A little too citric for my liking, a bit too much vinegar as well, therefore a bit unbalanced.
