On tap at WBF 2025, pours black, almost no head. Aroma is intense, with a smoky bourbon barrels, deep roast, vanillin, and a touch of cocoa. Flavour has a slight tartness, with deep wood, a touch of smokiness, vanillin, and booze. The slight tartness is odd but this is pretty well-made.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a deep dark brown with an amber hue and a slam beige head. Aroma reveals deep sherry, alcohol, some wood, and a touch of vanilla. Flavour is intense, with tart berries, intense sherry, wood, and alcohol. Finishes bitter and tart. I prefer the bourbon one but both have inexplicably too much tartness.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear (?) golden with a small white head. Aroma has some pine needles, tangy hops, and big dankness—doesn’t smell like a hazy. Flavour is not as well-expressed on the hops, with pine needles, murky earthiness, and some dankness. Smells much better than the it tastes. It’s alright. How is this an imperial hazy? It’s neither hazy nor imperial.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is vibrant, with bright tangy gooseberry-like hops and a crisp biscuity malt base. Flavour is vibrant and clean, with big NZ gooseberry-like hops, light pine, and just enough thin blonde to back. Wonderful hop expression. Excellent.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite earthy, with some pine needles, dry peaches, and some bugginess. Flavour is more acidic than expected, with generic stone fruits, pine needles, and tartness on the finish. Finishes relatively dry but doesn’t really come together. Okay.
