Black with a firm beige head. Roasted malts, burnt malts, light smoke, bitter cocoa powder, earth, and lightly sweet molasses in the back. Finish is bittersweet and dry. Full bodied. Delightful.

Brown with no head. Notes of dark ripe fruits, molasses, toffee, red berries, a bit of oak, chocolate. Full bodied. Finish has a semi-tart fruit profile covered up with sweet malts and the booze finally shows its hand. It’s solid.

Stopped in here after a long day for a glass of Edelstoff. The sun started to set and painted the castle in beautiful golden hues so we ended up having five or six here. No complaints. Service was mostly quick, once they realized we were there for more than one. Nothing special necessarily but a nice place to have a few Augustiner.

German beer wonderland. I did my research but still didn’t understand what I was getting myself into when I walked the 1km from my hotel. By that time I had checked out I realized getting back to my hotel was going to be impossible with all the beers I got. So many options. Overwhelming in the best way. Must visit and go with a car or at least take a cab!

We stopped in during a day exploring the area. Small, dark interior but that was fine cause we got prime outdoor seating. I had their delicious Marzen in July and that made my damn day. Service was fine, beer was on it, people watching was lit. Would hit them up again.

Small little brewpub/bar with 8 taps of mostly very local beers. Had Rio Azul on, which was hard to find elsewhere. Service was fine but not noteworthy. Beers were in fine condition. A bit quiet on a Saturday evening but that was alright- made for a nice place to have a conversation and a beer. Nice spot, would drink here again.

A fairly standard Irish pub, which is a welcome thing in southern Spain where many Irish pubs lack the thing that makes ‘em Irish. Craft beer isn’t the focus but they do have a few available. The Guinness they pour is the best you’ll find in Seville. Live music, sports on the Tv, etc. Service was good. Would come again for a quality pint of Guinness.
