Biruski Profile

Deep brown with a tan head. Dry coffee grounds, sugary sweetness, earthy. Thin bodied. Very basic and the sweetness is at odds with the sweetness. They do not come together in a positive manner.

Deep, murky red with a tan head. Big malty profile, toasted, caramel, followed by citrus and pine. Finish has more malt and a bitter bite. Medium to full body. Solid.

Pale copper with a tall white head. Light lemon, some citrus, grassy, pale malts with a hint of sweetness. Medium bodied. Finish has an elevated bitterness that gives it some personality. A bit dull but a solid drinker at a game.

A touch of cloudiness on this golden ale topped with a white head. Plenty of flavor even with the low abv. Floral, spicy, some pale malts, yeast, bright citrus. Medium bodied. Finish is semi-dry with yeast, spice, and a touch of perfume. A solid refresher.

Bright pale yellow with a white head. Opaque. Big pine, tropical sweetness, dank, oat cream, floral. Full creamy bodied. Finish has plenty of that pine forest, tropical fruit and sweet creamy malt. I like the pine twist on this hazy. Nice.

Deep golden amber with a white head. Lemony citrus, wood, light acidity, honey, a touch of funk. Finish has a slightly sour fruit profile with wood and comes in somewhat dry. A simple offering but a tasty one.
