Clear orange with a white head. Grapefruit, pine, caramel malt, toasted malts. Medium bodied. Finish has a sweet malt note under a fairly aggressive bitterness. This is very solid.

Orange with a white head. Bold hops, pine, grassy, solid malt backbone. Medium bodied. Finish has sweet malts and a bitter bite. Very classic style.

A touch cloudy brilliant gold with a white head. Grassy hops, light spice, wet dough. Medium bodied. Finish has a snap to it with a malty backfill. bright throughout. Quite nice.

Chill atmosphere in a spartan but nicely done environment. You pray to the altar of taps and drink in pews. A good selection of their beers bother well know and ones that don’t get out much. Outdoor seating and a burger/dog place next door you can order food from. Dogs welcome inside. I had more than I panned cause the tap list was banging. A must hit in SD.

Copper with a white head. Bold sweet malts, dank, citrus, a touch of red berries. Medium to full body. Finish has a nice bitterness and slightly dry. A solid old school DIPA.

2023 version on draft. Deep brown with a small head. Intense dark fruits, radiating, plum, fig, oak, toasted malts, caramel, earthy, sweet. This baby is bold. Wifey took the smallest sip and erupted in goosebumps. Finish is all of the same and rather sweet. The booze is obviously there but not overwhelming. A delight.

Black with a dark, deep beige head. Big molasses, dark malts, roasted, licorice, sweet, earthy. Full bodied. Finish is sweet, dark, roasted. Intense.

Lukr pour. Clear golden with a tall white, foamy head. Smooth cereal grain, a touch of toasted notes, bright spicy hops, a touch of mineral. Medium bodied. Finish has a nice spicy bite over the malt. Balanced. Clean. Delicious.
