Very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes funky, grape notes, rose wine, some berry notes, earthy, flowery. finishes bubbly, lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, berry notes and earthy notes. Very nice one overall

Medium body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, ash, light joghurt, peppery, earthy. finishes lightly bitter with notes of joghurt, ash and peppery notes. Drinkable, not overly great

No BB date. black color, tiny head. smells molasses, dried fruit, light boozy notes, light black currants, jammy, hints of smoke, toasted barrel. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes molasses, tad smoky, some sweetness, bit fruity, dried fruits, bit earthy. finishes light to medium sweet with notes of molasses, some smoky notes and dried fruits. heavy, not overly pronounced, barrel not noticeable. good but also rather sweet, not overly special for me.

BB 03.02.2007. almost black color, medium big tan head. smells spices, some coconut, artifical aromas, vanilla. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes coconut, coffee, toffee, some artifical aromas, doughie, cookie dough, spices. finishes rather balanced (no noticeable sweetness) with notes of cookie dough, coconut and artifical aromas. pretty well made, not sweet, artifical aromas aren't that strong. I like the notes of cookie dough in this one. Nice to very nice one overall, quite drinkable..

BB 03/2026. yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells flowery, elder flowers, herbal, some stone fruits, bit peppery, earthy, lovely smell. full body, pearly, almost aggressive carbonation. tastes stone fruits, apricots, elder flowers, herbal, citric, earthy, peppery. finishes dry and light to medium bitter with notes of elderflowers, citrus and peppery notes. very nice one overall, carbonation is on the taste rather aggressive, would be nicer with less, interesting stone fruit notes. Overall still very good one.

Bottled April 2024. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells wood, oak, earthy, grape notes, tannins, light toasted notes. very nice smell.. full body, soft carbonation. tastes wood, oak, earthy, citrus, some lime, toasty notes, light tannins / wine notes. finishes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of citrus, toasted notes and some wine notes. lovely complexity, super smooth to drink.

BB 01.06.2026. dark yellow hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, mango, bubblegum, passion fruit, tobacco, flowery. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes passion fruit, bubblegum, tobacco, earthy, light sweetness, bit piney. finishes lightly sweet with notes of bubblegum, tobacco and piney notes. this gets annoying quickly, too sweet and heavy on the taste, not that easy to drink. Okish, not a fan of the taste
