Christmas bottle from Fin&Loz, thank you so much guys! Light hazy deep golden, rocky big white head. Dry spice aroma - coriander, bergamot, dry fruit, light funk. Medium body, dry, a bit fizz, herbal hop notes, light salt and clay from the yeast. Not sure I can distinguish the black pear from the other fruit notes, but it is a lovely, very drinkable dry spicy and fruity “triplish” saison.

Bottle. Cloudy golden with floaties, big offwhite foam. herbal, light vegetable initial, light doughy grain, dry wheat, dry spice, bog myrtle, herbal bitter finish. A bit rough.

Bottle from Biere aus Franken. Clear golden low head. Chewy crunchy malt base, dry, bitter grassy, gooseberry and herbal hops, a bit leafy.

Bottle. Dry licorice roast dominates the nose Black, low tan lace. Tar, treacle , licorice on the palate, dry, pumpernickel, good hop backside to balance things out. Roast caramel aftertaste.

Bottle, thanks Fin! Copper, big golden head, lively carbonation. Orangepeel, light apricot jam. Sweet medium full body resin sticky. Herbs, pineapple, canned fruit salad, oxidized caramel, The ipa version of a Euro Strong Lager.
