Nearly black, offwhite pillow on top. Aroma has pine, choc, sweet citrus. Bittersweet chocolate and pine flavour. Nice because BIPA is always nice, but not overly exciting.

Black with a dense light beige head. Roasted aroma, some choc and licorice. Sweet malty flavour, bitter licorice, roasted bitterness. Long licorice-y finish. Nice.

Hazy golden, white head. Fruity citrus aroma, fresh. Bittersweet fruity, sweet citrusy flavour, some mango, some fruit candy. Creamy, juicy mouthfeel, long finish. Good.

Oily black, small tan head. Dark malty, syrupy aroma, slightly woody, mild sweet boozy notes. Heavy dark malty flavour, woody sweetness, boozy sweet warmth, some dried fruit too. Low carb, smooth and boozy warming

Clear, very dark brown, frothy light tan head. Malty, nutty, earthy aroma, woody with whisky notes. Sweet malty flavour, whisky barrel up front, nutty, caramely.

Clear amber, lasting big offwhite head. Malty, woody and slightly meaty smoky aroma. Medium sweet malty flavour, smoky, more woody than meaty although it has some bacon fatty sweetness. Malty sweetness in the finish. Quite drinkable.
