Smooth, low carbonation and bitterness. The yuzu is very pleasant in the background. Alcohol well hidden. Just had an uch beer that was the same and and this destroys it. These guys rarely screw up

Heavy palate, lots of stone fruit, modest hop burn, grapefruit and tropical fruit. Modestly tart and dank. Decent but not mind blowing

Golden color. Thin white head. Very nice slightly oak barrel nose with apricots and dried mangoes. Tart palate, very sour for the style, tight carbonation, medium bitterness. Dry. Not overly funky yeast character. Super well balanced. Very nice

Flat head. Ruby red dark brown color. Amazing nose of apple brandy,, dark chocolate, brown sugar dark fruit, oak, burnt raisins and port. Just amazing nose. Sticky sweet palate, low carbonation excellent depth and warming. Smooth apple brandy oak finish

Big tart nose with tons of canberries. Tart sweet tons of cranberries it’s got nice acids and sweetness but just can’t blow me away
