A: wet white pepper, straw, horseblanket, leather, grass, grapefruit.
T: sour plum & apricot, spicy pepper, funky leather & straw.
F: soft tart stone fruit, grassy & peppery hops.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Very nicely blended!
A: hazy black, very thin, beige head.
A: maple syrup, butterscotch, fondant, black pepper, liqueur.
T: sweet chocolate, maple syrup, pancakes, brownie.
F: peppery hops, liquid chocolate & maple, warming brandy-like alcohol.
P: full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation.
Very heavy but manages to showcase the maple without becoming undrinkable.

A: chocolate sauce, caramel, marshmallow, frappuccino.
T: very sweet marshmallow, caramel, vanilla cream.
F: sweet pralines, some bitter 'flavoured coffee', warming liqueur-like alcohol.
P: full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation.
Over-the-top for sure. Didn't really get the strawberry? Still dangerously drinkable at this ABV.
A: hazy red, very thin, off-white head.
A: blueberry coulis, tonka, pralines, red fruit cake.
T: sour blueberry & blackberry, fruit cake, cookie spices.
F: tart berry skin, soft woody tannins, spices.
P: medium body, fluffy texture, average carbonation.
Very elegant combination of flavours.

Wood, grape must, redcurrant, lactic acid, ayran. Sour grape & nectarine, softly bitter grape seed, fresh fruit cake. Tart grape skin, wood. Somewhat light body. Again, very subtle, or maybe 'delicate' is a better description.

Nectarine, pomegrenate, lime zest, red grape, rhubarb. Sour nectarine, red grape, yoghurt. Tart grape skin & stone fruit. Very subtle and refreshing, although I'm not sure it was the base beer. In any case, it's one to easily revisit of sure.
Clear red, no head. Red grape, grape skin, wood, vinegar, pomegrenate, nectarine. Sour nectarine, red grape & redcurrant, jam-like maltiness. Tart berry skin, wood, lots of grapes. Medum body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Basically Grape Ale with a Flanders Red malt profile.
