Hand pulled half pint in the Tiny Tavern, Lincoln on 29th November 2025. Dark brown body, beige crust. Malty and moody, some dark fruits and a hint of bitterness below the heavy malt bill.

Hand pulled half pint in the Tiny Tavern, Lincoln on 29th November 2025. Deep amber colour, clean, clear and bright, on top a foam head of beige bubbles. Malty and semi bitter in nature. Old school English Bitter, earthy, woody and filling!

hand pulled half pint in the Tiny Tavern, Lincoln on 29th November 2025. Pale golden body, white crust on top. Cascade hops doing their thing, and surprising well at 3.4% ABV. Citrusy with a grapefruit and fairly bitter feel.

Hand pulled half pint in the Tiny Tavern, Lincoln on 29th November 2025. Golden pour, clean and clear, white crown on top that hung around for a while. Citrus front with a piney undertone over a malty base; nice, easy going blend.

330ml can in Zizzi (Lincoln) on 29th November 2025. Slight haze in the golden/amber body, white crust. Citrus front to the aroma and taste, didn't get any Pasta in my can, had a Pizza though!

Hand pulled pint in the Ritz (a Spoons in Lincoln), lunchtime on 29th November 2025. Golden orange body, clean and clear, white crown on top. Citrus and white wine aroma/taste. Decent enough without getting my senses too excited.

Visited with Margie on 29th November 2025. Been to an RAF Armourer's Reunion and this was on the way back to our hotel. Five hand pulls (four new to me, four halves taken). Very basic, no nonsense sort of place, wet and dark on our visit, so didn't see any outside bits. Bubbly young lady serving, friendly locals and a pleasant vibe, liked it. An old shop conversion I'd imagine, surrounded by late night ethnic food stores and barbers, it's a 'happening street' for sure.

Visited with Margie on a wet Saturday lunchtime on 29th November 2025. Typical Spoons conversion job, this was obviously a cinema years ago. Busy with drunks, family's and soaked shoppers. We had one drink and left (we were on a mission). It's a Spoons, I have no issues with the chain or owner (unlike many people), staff were fine, overworked, but fine. 8 Casks, God knows how many keg lines, bottles and cans, would like to have stayed longer, but as stated earlier, we were on a mission.

Hand pulled half pint at the Royal William IV, Lincoln on 28th November 2025. Hazed golden orange body, white crown. A mix of citrusy hops giving a variety of tropical fruit esters and flavours, wasn't a huge fan to be honest.
