Rated from a bottle on my hotel balcony bar though tried a couple of times before around here in Basseterre, St Kitts. Smell wise it’s certainly nothing to write home about, but taste wise it’s ok, I’ve had way worse in my travels. High praise? Yeah probably. If you’ve just ticked one that was bought to your home country then you’d likely think it shite. The blue light in the photo makes everything look worse than it was. It’s actually quite a nice spot.

Really a must stop if you’re in the area as it’s the only really craft beer brewery and taproom on the island. It’s a small bar with the brewery hidden behind, but then a big garden area with outside seats, food trucks and parking. Their own beers are available on tap (usually 4 I believe) and the had a couple of hard seltzers when I visited (not my thing). Friendly brewers and staff and a what seems like a good tight knit expat and local customer group.

From bottle at some beach bar just outside of St John’s, Antigua. It’s pretty rubbish. A grainy corny mess. The view’s bloody lovely though.

Certainly the 6.5% version when I was there. I’d say this was my favourite from their selection. A great looking black pour with a short lived head, good roastiness and dark chocolate.

Can shared at 2Six8 brewery in Antigua by a friendly American tourist, thanks! Looks like orange juice, super hazy. Lovely green and fruity aroma. Smooth, tasty and a great hop character without being too extreme. Alcohol completely hidden making it a little dangerous. Good stuff!
