From the eurospar, Frastanz, august 2024, best before 05/25, sharing this bottle with my wife yesterday, at Epalinges, at night, tired and happy with this classical märzen, smooth and malty, mineral, hint of sweetness and toffee, classical bitterness.

Nothing sexy with this can, light hint of toasted malt, discreet side of toffee, watery, some extract of hop for lager, boring, 25.02.20, buying it at the corte inglés, Nervion, Sevilla, tasting it at Pully, in the flat of Guillaume.

Not a gran cru of creativity but it is a decent pils, on the Swiss way, of course. Perfect for the meal at night, malty, rather dry, a bit smooth, watery, discreet note of honey, a bit fruity, you get probably a perle hop at the final, 01.05.21, buying it at the coop city Bern, serving me at Epalinges.

A fair Märzen that I have tasted this sunday, few sunny days before the heavy rain. A right märzen or on the way of a vienna lager, pleasant at the palate. sensation of freshness, dry malt, metalic, a bit sweet, floral hop and refreshing, 11.05.21, from the manor St.Gallen, trying it at Epalinges.

The second beer of the year, opening this bottle yesterday after a beautiful walk at the Lavaux, too hot and sunny. This beer was welcomed yesterday night, more dry than the Löwenbrau oktoberfest version, boozy and grainy, mineral with some hop, 02.01.22, purchased at one coop, Zürich.

Probably coming from the Andaluz, Prélaz, Lausanne. Best before 03/23, right time to try this beverage, expecting something worst, honest lager with a right note of rhum, giving a toffee, vanilla and sweet note, a bit woody, regular bitterness, 13.11.23, at Epalinges.
