Sample at Palace Hall 13/12/2025 Malmö December tasting - chocolate sweet dark malty with some lovely tart blueberry shining through, some sticky maple sweetness, full bodied, maple, bourbon and blueberry coalesce into the warming sweet malty finish. Beautiful really works for me. Best of the 4.

Sample at Palace Hall 13/12/2025 Malmö December tasting - dark sweet malty with opulent chocolate, sticky maple, banana is there but is well lightly balanced, full bodied, maple and light banana and bourbon infused sweet malty lingering close. Gorgeous.

Sample at Palace Hall 13/12/2025 Malmö December tasting - sweet sticky malty with prominent maple to the fore, some molasses and dried fruit shred, full bodied, bourbon and maple coalesce into the lingering sweet warming finish. Gorgeous. Drinks well below the 20% abv.

Sample at Palace Hall 13/12/2025 Malmö December tasting - (2024 vintage) toasted sweet malty with lots of dried fruit shred, brown sugar, some nice rich bourbon into the lingering warming finish. Lovely.
