A: Clear deep orange amber with a thick jagged puck of off white head. Bottom of glass retention and patchy lace.
S: Very nice aroma of sweet orange, spruce and caramel.
T: Bitter and malty. Heavy on pine and orange zest with caramel and wood tying it together.
M: Medium body, soft carbonation and a thick smooth mouthfeel.
O: No complaints. Excellent IPA.
A: Sallow clear pale gold with little head or retention.
S: Appropriately musty dusty apple winy aroma.
T: Extremely dry with hints of hay, wood and a suggestion of apple.
M: Crisp, clean, light bodied and stiffly carbonated.
O: Maybe lacking in overall flavor but pretty much true to style.

A: Almost clear rich gold with little head or lace.
S: Grassy herbal hops, sourdough and a little corn.
T: Hay, bread and grainy malts as in the nose. Maybe some wheat?
M: Light but with a nice round mouthfeel. Clean with average carbonation.
O: Maybe like a crisper version of a Mexican lager. Not impressed.

A: Murky yellow with a short loose head holding up pretty well and leaving spotty lace.
S: Bright tangerine citrus with faint tart berries and a hint of sugar.
T: Mildly bitter grapefruit and lemon citrus pith. Just a touch of pineapple astringency.
M: Soft carbonation, light body and smooth texture.
O: Nice citrus kick and restrained use of pineapple makes for a pretty good hazy.

Helles Baptist from Brauerei Göller was the one that did it!

A: Rich gold with a short stout head that fell to a thick pad and ring.
S: Fresh bread with hay, grass and herbs.
T: Bread and crackers with a bit of sweetness before herbal hops join to balance. Lastly a faint hint of lemon.
M: Abundant fine carbonation and medium light body, finishing very dry.
O: Nice flavors in great balance. Must be wonderful fresh.
A: Lightly hazed pale dirty gold with a tall ragged white head. Good retention and elaborate lacing.
S: Sharp citric and floral aroma suggests grapefruit and wafer cookies.
T: Tart and lightly bitter. Heavy grapefruit and pith but with just a slight balancing sweetness.
M: Very light and softly carbonated with the familiar "feathery" mouthfeel but no hop burn.
O: A light hazy with no pineapple, peach or hop burn? Count me in!
