Clear golden with a foamy head. Lots of hay, grain, grass, some metal, lard. Metallic bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry metallic grainy bittersweet finish. An average Helles, not the Rittmayer quality you would expect.

Cloudy orange with a creamy heady. Ripe banana, lactose, smoked ham, banana, lemon zest, clove, coriander seeds. Dry zesty bitterness, smoky umami, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty smoky bittersweet finish. A nice Rauchweizen.

Unclear amber with a big stable fluffy head. Slightly metallic, overripe banana, some bubble gum, estery, rye, bread, roasted malt, clove, basement notes, lemon zest, slightly peppery, very nutty and indeed, linseed is very bold and dominant. Mild dry metallic bitterness, estery banana malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty malty grainy bready bittersweet finish. A very interesting beer, very complex taste and quite tasty!

Unclear dark golden with a small disappearing head. Brett, funk, fermented hay, barn yard, dry unripe green apples, lemon juice, lactic acid, fermented sarma cabbage, sea salt. Dry acidic sourness, slightly salty. Medium to light bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry acidic funky sour finish. An excellent Wild Lager, very complex aroma, refreshing taste. Great!

Almost clear mahogany brown with a foamy head. Roasted malt, caramel, toffee, dark bread, candy sugar, iron, lemon zest. Malty caramely sweetness, slight dry metallic bitterness. Medium bodeid, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry malty metallic caramely bittersweet finish. A good Dunkel.

Clear champagne golden with a small creamy head. Lemon zest, metal, grain, floral hops, some lard. Hoppy metallic bitterness, some grainy sweetness. Light boiled, oily watery texture, soft carbonated, metallic grainy bittersweet finish. Nice Pilsner, not that Franconian as expected.
