440 ml can, Verdant Putty '25, from Left Field Beer, England. ABV is 8.0%. Hazy orange colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of citrus (oranges, tangerine), pine and spruce, hints of tropical fruits. The flavour has the same elements, but with a distinct and rather sharp and resinous hop bitterness.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 8.0%. Belgian style Christmas seasonal. Dark brown colour, large beige head. Aroma of brown malts, brown kandij sugar syrup, Belgian ale yeast and dark dried fruits, hints of Christmas spices. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements, very moderate hops. Might well buy again.

330 ml exploded can, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. Still enough beer left in the can to rate it (yes, I should have complained to the Vinmonopolet store, but that would have cost me more in travel expenses than the value of the can). Dark brown colour, nearly black. No head nor any carbonation left. Malty aroma, dark berries and cola. Medium roast malts in the flavour, distinct resinous hops in the fairly bitter finish.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of apples, cinnamon and mango. Rich smoothie mouthfeel. Flavour like the aroma, also notes of honey. Hints of chili warmth.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 10%. Opaque orange colour, small white head. Aroma and flavour of orange zest and yellow stonefruits, particularly apricots. Rich and smooth mouthfeel. Very refreshing for its strength.

440 ml can, as Polly's Still Cool Pale Ale, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 5.7%. Hazy and very pale yellow colour, huge white head. Aroma of pineapple and canned peaches, a hint of pine. Fizzy mouthfeel. Flavour with the same elements as the aroma, resinous and fairly bitter finish.

440 ml can, probably from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 6.2%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Pleasant aroma of various citrus fruits, also hints of yellow stonefruits. Flavour of citrus and resin, with a distinctly bitter finish.
