C: black, opaque.
A: roasted malts, light coffee, chocolate, cocoa, dark fruits, dark bread.
T: full malty base, nice prominent roasted tones, chocolate, cocoa, dark fruits, dark bread, long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, very nice balanced for the style, enjoyed for sure.

F: medium, tan, good retention.
C: dark amber, hazy.
A: malty, sweet mellow fruity, red apples, some berries.
T: full malty base, mellow fruity, red apples, berries, light spicy, herbal touch, decent bitterness, soft carbonation, more on the sweet side, for Tripel may be ok yet noting really for Christmas beer.

F: medium, off-pink.
C: dark red, hazy.
A: sweet cherries, candied cherries.
T: medium malty base, cherries, sweet cherries, old fashioned cherries beer, some bitterness, soft carbonation, bit citrus, after long time this creature is still alive.

F: big, white, good retention.
C: gold, light hazy.
A: a lot of citrus, grapefruits, mango, lemon peels, pineapples, earl grey tea somewhere in the background.
T: citrus mix, light malty base, earl grey tea, pineapples, mango, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, refreshing, enjoyed for sure.

F: big, tanned, good retention.
C: black, opaque.
A: rich roasted tones, a lot of coffee, cocoa, chocolate, lactic, dark fruits, vanilla.
T: full malty base, roasted tones, coffee, herbal, chocolate, spicy, vanilla, bit berries, lactic, nice balanced long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, I like bitterness yet with connection with roasted is bit too much, enjoyed yet not great.

F: thin, tan, average retention.
C: brow, hazy.
A: nice smoked woody tones and smoked meat.
T: medium malty base, light smoked tones, some chocolate and bit like roasted tones, smoked meat, dry on the palate, very good as I like smoked beers, enjoyed for sure.
