stevoj Profile - Brewver

Located on one of the main streets that cut through Wenatchee, This place is pretty now and feels like it. Nice sidewalk patio out front, inside features a small room with tables, and the bigger space with a bar and the brewhouse. Service was great, nice selection on the tap list. I did not try the food. Beers were average.

Draft at Saddle Rock. Clear golden pour, small, thin white foamy head. Nice hoppy aroma, recalls a cold IPA. Taste is grainy, but the hops take center stage, including some dank notes. Not quite a pils, closer to an IPL.

Draft at Saddle Rock. Clear golden pour, small frothy white head. Grainy aroma, bready. Taste brings a nice crisp bite to the grainy base. Easy drinker and great with the pizza we had.

Draft at Saddle Rock. Amber pour, small off-white head. Toasty, malty aroma, minor sweetness. Taste is caramel, brown bread, molasses, malty. Incredibly smooth.
