FAVOURITE STYLES: traditional Lambic / Belgian pale ales (see Orval or De la Senne) / Franconian lagers / I have a soft spot for anything with blueberries. :-) FAVOURITE BREWERIES: Cantillon, De la Senne, Aecht Schlenkerla. Orange, hazy body, with a big, creamy, slightt yellow head.
Aroma of wet grass, apricot, lychee, oat, some vanilla. Tastes similar, with some more pine.
Quite creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes medium bitter, moderately sweet, grassy, oaty, cerealic, a bit juicy, a bit piney.

Typical style example, while very well balanced, with juicy and oaty notes and a slight spicy hop bite that gives this more depth. Very quaffable!

330 ml bottle bought at the brewpub. Golden body, with a big, fluffy, white head.
Aroma of cereals, grass, hay, flowers, some herbs. Tastes similar, with more herbal and bready notes.
Slightly creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes bitter, quite dry, floral, herbal, cerealic. citric.

Really characterful, surprisingly robust Helles, with quite a hop bite in the finish, white still easy and balanced to drink. Quaffable!

330 ml bottle from the brewery, bb 30/12/2026. Clear yellow body, with a big, fluffy, white head.
Aroma of hay, grass, flowers, fresh herbs, citrus, butter. Tastes similar, with more bread and butter.
Medium mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes moderately bitter, floral, hoppy, bready, a bit citric.

Really authentic, rustic style example, with disctinctive buttery notes. Quite on the light bodied side, while easy, crisp and clean to drink. Another very good Lager by this brewery I'm really glad I stumbled upon!

From tap at the brewpub. Dark golden, moderately hazy body, with a creamy, white head.
Aroma of hay, grass, earth, flowers, citrus, some pineapple,. Tastes quite similar, with more earthy and less fruity notes
Finishes bitter, pretty hoppy, floral, earrhy, piney, grassy, , with some hay.

Quaffable and aromatic, with a mix of rustic, earthy and hay-like notes and some citric and spicy hops. I was expecing a bit more fruit character, but I realky like the long, piney finish.

From tap ar the brewpub. Deep orange, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, slightly yellowish head.
Aroma of yuzu, citrus, orange, some stone fruits, moderate banana, bread, some spices. Tastes similar, with more spices like clove, dough.
A bit creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes spicy, yeasty, doughy, citric, quite dry, a bit hoppy.

Really nice, but could be better. There are some subtle fruity hops that would work great with the dry yuzu if they were more prominent. Otherwise refreshing and quite spicy Weißbier.

330 ml bottle from the brewery, bb 30/12/2026. Yellow, medium hazy body, with a medium, frothy, slightly yellowish head.
Aroma of citrus, flowers, grass, some leather, some dough, some herbs. Tastes similar, with more Brett.
Slightly creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes quite dry, doughy, Bretty, citric, floral, herbal.

Quite light, with neither the hops nor the Brett very defined. My least favourite I've had from that brewery.
