330 ml can from the brewpub, bb 26.12.2026. Amber body, with a big, fluffy, off-white head.
Aroma of passion fruit, stone fruits, citrus, resin, biscuit. Tastes similar, while quite light.
Lighter mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes quite light again, moderately bitter, a bit sweet, fruity, citric, resinous.

A bit underwhleming, the taste is too watery for my taste. The nose is really lovely though, like an old-school west coast pale ale.

A bit creamy mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes crisp, medium bitter, cerealic, floral, grassy, herbal, bready, slightly piney.

Really quaffable, rustic style example, with quite some complexity and quite a lot of hops. Really decent!

From tap at the brewpub. Orange body, with a creamy, slightly yellowish head.
Aroma of juicy apricot, lychee, lemon, kiwi, oat, some grass, some vanilla. Tastes similar, a bit more mineralic.
Oily mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes smooth, juicy, oaty, a bit mineralic.

Juicy, clean and easy. I'm missing a bit more character maybe, like some hop spiciness. Still really quaffable.

330 ml bottle. Golden, medium hazy body, with a big, creamy, white head.
Aroma of fresh herbs, flowers, grass, citrus, some pine. Tastes similar.
Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes bitter, dry, herbal, floral, citric, with lingering pine.

Super crisp and aromatic with beautiful, spicy hop notes and just enough malt body. This was a pleasant surprise, exactly my kind of Pils!

From tap at the brewpub. Pale yellow, medium hazy body, with a big, fluffy, off-white head.
Aroma of wet grass, lemon candy, stone fruits, some resin. Tastes similar, more resinous.
Quite creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes medium bitter, grassy, dank, citric, resinous, a bit piney.

I still don't get what the difference of a Cold IPA to a regular IPA is supposed to be. Quaffable and characterful nonetheless, with lovely resinous notes.
