Bottle.

A- Dark brown copper color, dark liquid, minimal head.

A- Brown sugar, oak, dark fruits, mild booze, rich treacle.

F- Oak, booze, mild caramel, figs, dark cherries.

T- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish.

O-2025 vintage. Wow, that's a lot of barrels and a lot of time spend in said barrels. You'd expect this to be insanely hot but it was deep and complex. Lots of dark fruits coming through, especially fig, date, and cherry. A nice oak influence and some very faint vanilla and caramel from the barrels, as well as maybe a touch of spice. Quite nice.

Bottle.

A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head.

A- Forest floor, mild yeast, oak, subtle funk.

F- Smoke, overripe pears, dusty, rustic yeast.

T- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, earthy finish.

O- Smoked pears, what a fun adjunct. This was right up my alley. Reminds me of beers I had when I visited Scratch, very rustic. This was the perfect beer for a cool damp late night patio summer beer. The smoke is very much present but so are the pears. Unique.

A- Cat pee, green onion, dank, grapefruit, tangerine.

F- Dank, bitter, catty, citrus.

O- Okay, pretty catty with a fair bit of juicy citrus pith bitterness. Love Side Project but I'll pass on the IPAs.

Can.

A- Purple color, clear liquid, pink head.

A- Raspberry, candy.

F- Raspberry, sweet, hard candy.

T- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish.

O- To be fair, this was a year+ old but it was also only 99 cents for the can in 2026, so in this economy at that price, it's worth the cost of admission. Tasted like a raspberry hard candy. More soda like than beer in terms of mouthfeel and flavor.

Can.

A- Mahogany brown color, dark liquid, light brown head.

A- Malt, caramel, cherry, oak, vanilla, bourbon, faint peat.

F- Toffee, caramel, dark cherry, oak, bourbon, vanilla, subtle raisin, very faint smoke.

T- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish.

O- A fantastic scotch ale. Loads of toffee and a touch of sweetness. Had some peaty whisky flavor and a faint herbal note to it. Barrel is nice but doesn't over up the base beer. Complex and delicious.

Can.

A- Very dark red color, clear liquid, minimal purple head.

A- Graham crackers, cherry, cinnamon, vanilla pudding.

F- Cherries, pie crust, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar.

T- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish.

O- This tastes more like a cobbler than some cobblers I've had. Holy cow, this is good and mind you no lactose and not some chunky smoothie style brew. This is legit a good damn dessert beer. I'm regretting not getting the PBJ Mixtape now. Take's me back to my youth at my Grandma Betty's house enjoying some fresh cobbler.

A- Garnet red color, dark clear liquid, no head.

A- Ripe cherries, honey.

F- Sweet red cherries, honey, mild orange blossom, faint vanilla, jammy.

T- Medium body, slightly oily texture, flat carbonation, jammy finish.

O- Incredible. Tastes like a jar of fresh homemade cherry jam. Some faint orange blossom honey and floral notes that linger slightly on the finish. A whisper of vanilla. Just really lovely stuff especially for a reasonable price.

Bottle.

A- Gold color, clear liquid, no head.

A- Apricot, peach, juicy, slightly sour.

F- Ripe peach, juicy, mild vanilla, gummies, tangy.

T- Light body, effervescent texture, high carbonation, slightly tangy finish.

O- This was loaded with peach and apricot flavors. Vanilla is there but in the background and honestly seems to help tame the tartness. Very well done. Almost gives me a peach pie with a dollop of cream on top sort of flavor.

F- Roasted malt, char, black licorice, bitter, cocoa, mild alcohol.

O- A nice classic tasting RIS. A big beer but not boozy for the abv. No frills just dang good. 8oz can was perfect.
