Betuws Wijndomein is a Dutch winemaker that started making cider as an experiment for an apple producer who had had a bad year. Hail on the crops rendered apples unsuitable for the consumption market and were pressed by Mobipers and the juice fermented at Betuws Wijndomein. In following years more and more fruitproducers from the region have turned to Diederik to have their apples turned into cider. Betuws Wijndomein produces Dutch cider and strives to preserve the clean and fresh character of the apple in the final product.
