This seal is designed to help bridge the “grain to glass” divide and connect local grain farming families with brewers, and their customers. A portion of malt used at Bewilder is regional sourced and locally malted at Solstice Malting Company. Doing this not only keeps more money in the local economy by supporting small businesses and farmers, but reduces the carbon footprint needed to make our delicious beer.
