Fillmore 13 Brewery is the long awaited “beer child” of owner Lee Roumaya. Lee has worked in the industry for nearly three decades and finally decided to create his own image for what a craft brewery should be. Lee’s passion for craft beer and excellent food drive Fillmore 13 Brewery and its’ staff to constantly create excellence in product and be relentlessly improving in all aspects of the industry.
