Holliday Brewing began as a dream between two brothers from San Diego with a passion for great craft beer. That dream became a reality six years ago with their first nano brewery and taproom at Drayton Mills. They quickly outgrew that space and decided to move their operations to downtown Inman, which opened Oct 2023. This location is situated on nearly 4 acres with a 9000 sq ft brewery, taproom and a full restaurant. From our wide variety of exceptionally balanced craft beers and hard seltzers to our guest ciders and wines, there is something for everyone at Holliday! Our restaurant serves delicious craft smashburgers, wraps, wings, salads, and a variety of apps that pair well with our beers. In addition, we have sodas, teas, and non-alcoholic beer for our non-drinkers.
