At the L'Origine du Monde brewery, beer is considered a folk art. Nadine and Philippe's desire is to be inspired by different styles of craft beers to develop and share the brewing imagination. Fruit of our travels and encounters, these superb organic craft beers are “finally” within everyone's reach. Malts and hops come from producers converted to organic farming, Nadine the chief botanist, also cultivates in her garden in Orgelet from Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops. Also fruits from our orchard are used and the maturation of certain beers in barrels of Jura wine.
