Our vision for OOB
Our vision is simple...put out the very best beer, scratch made food that is fresh, interesting & seasonal, continue the long tradition of crafting unique & amazing cocktails, and strive to give our guests an overall experience that they keep coming back for.
We have made and continue to make great improvements to the space including a fully functioning rooftop bar, an expanded taproom bar that is soon to include a full menu of spirits and additional beers. Katie's culinary background has helped her to collaborate with our kitchen staff to create a totally new menu that will be seasonal. We have recently hired a new brewer who we are super excited about, we have expanded the brewhouse to ensure we have a much larger selection of our own beer always on tap
