Description
The only craft beer bar left in Puerto De la Cruz that I know of, as per april 2026
Two man sized fridges, one with craft beer, one with more regular beer. Last year they both had craft beer, but then, he told me everything is fresh, so he probably only stashes enough craft that can sell in a few months. I have had soma and cross from the spanish mainland, he certanly prioritizes quality over anything else. cans are expensive but they are priced in the same ballpark anywhere else, it's just that he only have the good stuff even though expensive.
last year i also found som excellent lambics but right now none of that. In any case, def. worth a visit if in town and in need of a well brewed beer.
their food/snacks are only available in the afternoon, i think after 1800 and they show sports on tv's all over the place if something watchable is happening. smoking allowed outside and at the champ. league semis it was a bit of a nuisance but normally smoke from smoking is not a problem as you can just move around the largish outside corner ara the bar is at.
their playlist is funky and jazzy music, not pop, and the music creates a nice athmosphere. "normal" beer and coffe etc. is at normal prices, but watch out for the price of the good stuff. last visit i paid 12 to 15 euros per can for great canned beer from soma and cross. a large cafe con lece is like 2.5 euros so it's only the expensive beer that is pricey. normal beer is at normal prices.
tap count is approximate. taps are mostly more mainstream stuff, belgians etc.
