We're obsessed with the science of flavour and the creative freedom that craft beer enables. We harness this to bring you great beer experiences.

Our founder Billy is a professional engineer that has worked on space cameras, radiotherapy machines & leading defence technologies. He brings his love for science and engineering to our beers, processes and equipment.

Note - As of August 2026, although operating as the brewery tap, brewing is still done in Chelmsford, but will be transferred to Braintree in the near future.
