Oxbow Blending & Bottling is located in Portland’s vibrant East End neighborhood, and as the name implies, is where we blend and package all of our aged beers. In addition to the hundreds of oak barrels are dozens of stainless steel tanks that hold our mixed-culture and spontaneously-fermented farmhouse ales.
