Brewed with 100% Rabbit Hill Farms malt, handpicked dandelion flowers steeped hot side, and lightly roasted post fermentation on nasturtium blossoms from Reed Farm. Notes of earthly dandelion fields, vanilla kissed honeysuckle, a mixed flower salad, and warm cracked pepper, with a soft and delicate body.

Sampled from the bottle at Tørst. Pours a slightly hazy peachy yellow with a white head that lasts through the beer and laces. Aroma has tart light fruits and flora with a bit of sweet gravy and a bit of a seed note. Flavor has light grain and some seed with light fruits and a bit of an earthy flora in the finish.
