Sampled from the tap at the West Village location. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light lemon and grass with straw and a bit of earthy hay supporting. Flavor is more hay forward with a bit of grass, light bread and some sweet grain in the finish.
