Tasting Notes: Dried Jasmine, Golden Crust, Honey Blossom, Light Oak, Floral Bouquet, Best of Both Worlds
A gold medal winner at the 2024 NYS competition. This German-style Pilsner is an amalgam of technique, artfully combining a bunch of beer cold conditioned in out oak foudre with another cold conditioned on whole-leaf Noble hops. Complex and characterful, soft yet saturated.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Aromas are sweet malt, bread dough and maybe a hint of oak. Flavors are similar to nose. More sweet than bitter with decent carbonation. A little pretentious without delivering.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Can. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma is bready with a bit of biscuit, some straw notes and a decent amount of grass supporting. Flavor has light sweet grains and a bit of straw with bread and some grass in the finish.
