Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear gold wit a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light tropical fruit and dank onion with a bit of sweet grain supporting. Flavor has sweet citrus and dull guava with a bit of sweetgrass underlying.
