This little fella is a deliciously refreshing sour in the Berliner Weisse style. The grain bill is 50/50 wheat and pilsner malts for a clean, light body, and true to style the beer is soured using lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus), which gives the beer its trademark lactic tartness. It is then dry hopped with some lovely juicy US hop varietals to add another dimension to this bone-dry beer. Brightly effervescent this beer is super-refreshing and perfect for summer!

Draught at Underdog. Straw colour with a thin head. Aroma is strange, citrus and something I can’t quite place. Flavour is citrus and tart gooseberry, light and refreshing, dry base, a little salt and this would be beautiful.
