Sampled from the tap at the Oak Brook location. Pours a clear amber red with a light tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bread with a bit of straw and a hint of sweetness underlying. Flavor has light bread and slightly sweet grains with a bit of straw coming through.
