Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale straw yellow with visible carbonation and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has lots of straw with a hint of sweet corn and grains underlying. Flavor has straw and hay up front with light corn and a grain backbone.
