Sampled from the tap at the North Loop location. Pours a clear light straw yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of straw and hay with some sweet grains underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and straw with a bit of hay in the finish.
