Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper with a near white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has clove and a touch of spicy ginger with straw and earthy grain backing. Flavor has more earthy grain with ginger, clove and a hint of cardamom.
