Sampled from the tap at the meadery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates quickly and nearly completely. Aroma has a strong earthy and spicy ginger with light apple and sweet honey supporting. Flavor has earthy and spicy ginger that mellows in to sweet honey and light apple.
