We were lucky enough to make a beer with the amazing team from Wren House. We brewed a light table beer with Sinagua Malt and Rouge Bordeaux wheat from Grain R&D, fermented in our foeder with a mixed culture for a very dry and beautiful finish. Notes of oak, vanilla and stone fruits.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has light tart fruits and a bit of earthy flora with a bit of earthy grain backing. Flavor has light tart fruits with a bit of grass and light grain backing.
