Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a slight yellow hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light straw and grass with some earthy hay and a hint of bread underlying. Flavor has slightly bitter grass and straw with a slightly earthy hay supporting.
