The Grisette was originally designed as a thirst-quencher for miners in Belgium and France. Ours is just as sessionable, with a healthy dose of wheat compared to your typical Saison for some added palate presence. Lemon and floral notes come from the yeast, while rye and Saaz hops add a touch of spice that marks a crisp finish.
