Had to catch a cab back to the lab with our buds at Equilibrium Brewery from Middleton in the Hudson Valley of New York. We did some mind melding to intertwine our respective approaches to hop processes & brewing larger IPAs and this is where we landed. Extremely oil rich additions of Citra & Idaho 7 Cryo in the whirpool & multiple additions/forms of Strata, Mosaic & Australian Galaxy. Per our initial hypothesis, this shit turned out fire.

Aromas are citrus, spice, floral, malt and a hint of MJ. Flavors are similar to nose, a bit sweet up front going to bittersweet. Good carbonation and okay body. Quite drinkable but not special.

Can from Tavour: pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is great and intense ripe tropical fruitiness. Taste is sweetish, low bitterness. Good juicy IPA.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has extremely dank citrus rind and grass with a bit of onion underlying. Flavor has pine and dank citrus with some dank onion and a bit of citrus rind in the finish.
