Sampled from the tap at Pilot Project. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has pre ripe pineapple and sweet citrus rind with a bit of mango and slight sweet grains underlying. Flavor has pre ripe pineapple and mango with some earthy citrus and a touch of earthy bread in the finish.
