This farmhouse style was allowed to ferment on 100% Brett Brux Drie and aged for over two months on fresh apricot. A rustic flavor profile and a subtle tartness work in perfect concert with the vivid aromas of stone fruit furnished by the Motueka hops.

Bottle. Dark golden amber color white head. Aroma of dusty, Bretty, funky apricot. Taste is overripe almost rotten fruit and lots of funk. Very tasty
