On tap at Salud Cerveceria, pours a deep dark reddish pink with a small pink head. Aroma is loaded with tart raspberries, with a touch of lime. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh raspberries, lime and basil, with subtle tartness and light lacto. The salt is lost here, but who cares - a really nice kettle sour.
