This is the second release of our Quarantine Series of barrel-aged beers, the barrel-aged 2019 Quad. The 2019 Quad was fermented on Italian Plums, and now has been aged in Fall Line Winery merlot barrels for 8 months. It's a limited offering, on tap and to-go in 750 ml bottles, while supplies last.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear brown with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a note of barrel and sweet grains with some raisin and candied sugar supporting. Flavor has tart red fruits with notes of raisin and and barrel but mainly sour.
