This is the first release of our Quarantine Series of barrel-aged beers, the barrel-aged Winter Saison. Featuring winter wheat, grains of paradise, buckwheat honey, and black currant -- this Winter Saison has been aged in red wine barrels for 8 months. It's a limited offering, on tap and to-go in 750 ml bottles, while supplies last.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear brown with a light amber hue and a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and bread notes with a hint of oak and flora supporting. Flavor has light fruits, bourbon and a sweet bread backbone.
